Stevia Recipe Tips

Stevia is a Nice Addition to Any Kitchen for Someone who is Trying to Avoid Sugar. Stevia Shines Bright when it is Used in Tea, Lemon Aid or Other Unsweetened Drinks but it has its Limitations.

The Most Important thing to Remember about Stevia is that Less is More & I Mean Less Like Tiny, Tiny Amounts. If You Try to Add it to Any Drink or Recipe Like Regular Table Suger, You Will Not be Able to Eat or Drink whatever You have Made.

This is Why Many Stevia Products Sold in Stores have Been Modified to Prevent User Error & Negative Comments. Since We Only Sell 100% Stevia, it is a Good Idea for Customers to Find Good Recipes that have Already been Tested & Adjusted for Best Results.

If You Can’t Find a Recipe where this has Already be Done, You Should Consider the Following Guidelines when Trying to Substitute Stevia in Your Own  Homemade Baked Goods.

To Use For Baking:

1 Teaspoon Stevia is Equivalent to 1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Sugar = 1 Teaspoon Stevia

Note: It is Best to Substitute Half a Recipe With Stevia.
In Other Words 2 Cups Sugar = 1 Cup Sugar + 1 Teaspoon Stevia.
