Healthy for You Yummy Cocoa Bites Recipe

Health Professionals are now saying that Coconut Oil is Good for You and helps the body absorb nutrients into the cells. They are also suggesting that it can help with weight loss and aging and taking up to 6 tablespoons a day is OK.

Since we are the generation that was told NO FAT, NO FAT, NO FAT for most of our lives, this may take some convincing on your part…Keep Researching. But if you are already sold and trying to supplement your diet with healthy coconut oil, this is a simple way to make it happen. Eat a few pieces throughout the day.

Ingredients:
3 tb Cocoa Powder
3 tb Coconut Oil
1 tb Honey

Mix All Ingredients Till Smooth…a Small Drink/Hand Mixer Works Best. Spread into Candy Mold & Freeze.

Once frozen, remove from tray and cut or breakup into bite size pieces. Store these in the freezer in an easy to open container or bag for easy access.

Eat directly from the freezer as this is All Natural & Uncooked…it will Melt at Room Temperature.

You can Make these Even Healthier by Adding Whole or Ground Chia SeedsFlax Seeds or Anything Else You Prefer.
