Q. Natural, organic, certified, what’s the difference?
A. There are many classifications for foods. Our products are all natural which means there are no chemicals or unhealthy sprays used during the growing & production process. In addition, when you see an herb or spice labeled as “cert org” this gives you the extra assurance that it has meet the national standard requirements of a certified organic product.

Q. What is the shelf life for your spices or herbs?
A. Products are shipped as fresh as possible to give a shelf like of at least 18 months & if stored correctly, even longer. Strong spices should placed in labeled glass jars & kept in a dark dry place to protect from uv light & moisture.

Q. What are your minimum order requirements?
A. None…buy 1 lb or more at our wholesale prices & save even more on cheap shipping costs for larger orders.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. We work hard to ship asap. Please see our shipping and delivery page to see more detailed information on shipping, delivery times, and overseas orders requests.

Q. I would rather order by mail instead of online. Would that be ok?
A. Sure…check or money orders are always welcome. Just be sure to include a little extra time for your check to arrive, clear, & order to ship. To make ordering by mail easy, we include this option on our check out page. Just add items to your shopping cart, choose the mail order button at the bottom & print a copy to send. Complete mailing instructions are including to make the whole process…simple!

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Your information is safe with us. We promise not to rent, sell, or give away anything personal you share with us to complete your order…not now…not ever! Privacy policy

Q. Why do you use paypal to process orders?
Paypay, an online payment service has proven itself to be optimal for both the buyer & seller. We use it for 3 reasons:

1) easy simple payment processing of your order
2) security – we never see your credit card number or banking info…ever!

Q. Do I need to have a paypal account to order from you?
A. Absolutely not

Q. Is my credit card information safe?
A. Paypal uses the latest ssl encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information from fraudulent activity.

Q. I don’t have or want to use a credit card. How do i order?
A. No problem. Beside processing credit card transactions, paypal also offers echeck processing.

Q. What about returns?
A. We accept returns on merchandise purchased from us within a 14 day period from the date you receive the order. Products must be unopened & in unused condition. Please contact us for instructions via email 1st & include your order information & the reason why you would like to return the item. Due to time constraints and the expectation that customs may open and inspect packages beyond our control, we do not accept returns for non USA orders.

Q. Can i use my tax exempt # when ordering?
A. NC sales tax is applied to NC orders only. If you are a tax exempt org located in NC, please fax proof of tax exempt status to: 252-502-1053. All exemption will be kept on file for future orders.

Q. Do you have mail-order catalogs available?
A. No…please find our products listed on this website.

Q. Are you open to the public?
A. Not currently.
