This Bulk Pickling Mix includes simple spice ingredients for making great homemade pickles. Spices included are Mustard Seeds, Dill Seeds, Celery, Bay Leaves, Chili Pepper, Cloves, Caraway and Ginger. This No Salt Pickling Mix is not just for pickles but for gourmet meals too. It is better because it allows the cook to control the added salt of their choice instead and does not add the the overall weight of the mix allowing for more of the other pickling spices and herbs to be included. Omitting salt offers a better value and for homemade salad dressings and seasoning meats and flavorful dishes.
